Manufacturing

Greenway Research Lab owns a 42,000 square foot facility housing corporate offices, state-of-the-art lab and production areas, and warehouse space. The building sits on a 2.5 acre parcel and will accomodate an additional 40,000 square feet for expansion.

Compounding

Our Compounding Department has the capability to manufacture complex formulas in batch sizes to suit your needs. Individual batch sizes range from 100-2000 kilograms. Our current compounding configuration will produce up to 10,000 kilograms per shift.

Filling

Our highly automated fill lines are capable of filling cold, warm and hot formulas, and can also accomodate multiple package options and sizes, such as:
